Priority will be given to those who register early. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full even if this occurs before the registration deadline. Moreover, in order to ensure a balanced representation, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse registrations. If a registration is refused, payment(s) made will be refunded. REGISTRATION DEADLINE The deadline to register with the early bird fee is 19 June 2007. The final deadline to register is 12 September 2007. Please wait for confirmation of your registration before making any travel arrangements. LIABILITY Neither OECD/IMHE nor Universidad Politecnica de Valencia is liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the Conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be sent in writing to CEGES by email or fax. Registrations cancelled on or before 3 September 2007 will be entitled to a 50% refund. After 3 September 2007, no refund will be made. Registrations can be transferred to other named individuals up to 5 September 2007 upon prior approval of the Organizers. There will be no refund for no show.
