The ability tounderstand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in the student's field of specialisation.Being able tointeract with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Production of clear, detailed textson a wide range of subjects and the ability to explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

Metodología didáctica

Classes of two hours, once a week.
Annual course lasting 120hours divided into twoterms(B2.1/B2.2)

A communicative method with an emphasis on interaction between students and which relates what islearned in the classroom with real-life situations. All classes will be entirely in English.

5. Second Conditional, alternatives for If.

7. Narrative verb forms; Past Perfect Continuous.
8. Defining, non-defining and reduced relative clauses.
9. Ways of comparing.
10. Future verb forms; Future Continuous.
11. Uses of verb +ing.
12. Modal verbs: levels of certainty about the future

Language focus (Second term B 2.2)

13. Simple and continuous aspects; activity and state verbs.
14. Present Perfect Simple and Present Perfect Continuous.
15. Wishes: I hope...; it's time; should have.
16. The passive.

18. Quantifiers.
