Objetivos

PROFICIENT USER
Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarise information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations.


This class is for non-native speakers of English with the ability to function independently in English in most contexts. Particular emphasis on vocabulary development, and the consolidation of pronunciation and oral and written language skills needed for effective communication in academic, vocational, and community settings.

Metodología didáctica y sistemas de evaluación

TEACHING METHODS: Two hour sessions, twice per week. The course follows a communicative approach with emphasis on student interaction and real life situations.

A communicative method with an emphasis on interaction between students and which relates what is learned in the classroom with real-life situations. All classes will be entirely in English.
